I just placed an order! When will it be shipped?

The estimated shipping timeline for an order is 24 to 48 working hours. In case you place an order over the weekend, the same will be shipped on the next working day.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The timeline for prepaid orders is 3 to 5 working days and 4 to 7 working days for Cash on Delivery orders.

How do I cancel an order I just placed?

You can call us on +91-9999831883 or drop an email to care@sevenseascosmetics.com within 12-24 hours of placing the order.

Are there any shipping charges on my order?

Yes! A flat rate of ₹60 for all orders below ₹799. Above ₹799, it is free.

I did not like the product I ordered. How do I create a return request?

You can drop in a mail to us at care@sevenseascosmetics.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Note : Shipping charges will not be refunded.

What is the Product Replacement/Return Policy?

You can drop in a mail to us at care@sevenseascosmetics.com within 14 days of receiving your product and reverse pickup will be arranged. Once the product reaches to us we will help you with the refund or replacement.

What is the refund procedure for a canceled or returned order?

Cancelled Order : In case of a prepaid order – the amount will be credited back to the account from which the payment was initiated.

Returned Order :

(a) In case of a prepaid order – the amount will be credited back to the account from which the payment was initiated.
(b) In case of a cash on delivery order – the amount will be refunded in the form of cheque for which certain details need to be provided over email.

Note : Shipping charges will not be refunded.

I have a coupon code in my account. How can I redeem it?

You can log into your Makeup Feast account and when you purchase a product in next order, apply the coupon code in the checkout page. Once redeemed, the coupon will become invalid to use again. If any problem arises, then feel free to contact us on care@sevenseascosmetics.com.

Do you ship outside India? Are there any additional shipping charges?

No! Currently we do not ship outside India. But check our website for latest updates. We may start it in the future.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes, We use latest security and encryption techniques to ensure the security of your person information. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We view protection of users’ privacy as a very important community principle. We understand clearly that you and your information are one of our most important assets.

I forgot my user ID or my password. What can I do?

For User ID, you can also put up your registered email address with sevenseascosmetics.com for accessing the portal.

To request a new password, go to Forgot password under login section on sevenseascosmetics.com enter your username or e-mail address and select Submit. You will then receive an e-mail message with a link to reset your password.

Does Seven Seas test on animals?

All our Products are 100% cruelty-free and not tested on animals.

What types of ingredients are used in Seven Seas products?

We use the safest ingredients to manufacture our products. Our current range of products are free from Formaldehyde, Sulphates, Thalates, Parabens. All products are dermatologically tested.

How do I make a return/exchange?
