HOW TO APPLY

Apply the product starting from the centre of your upper lip. Follow the natural contour of your lip, moving outward towards the corners.

Apply to the centre of your lower lip and move outward towards the corners, ensuring even coverage.

Let the liquid lipstick dry completely. Avoid pressing your lips together until it is fully dry to prevent smudging or uneven texture.

Order Dispatch will be done on the very next day after acceptance of an order. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of customers, customers shipping destination and the courier partner’s time-to-deliver in customer’s location.

In genuine cases, we would be happy to provide you with a coupon code worth the product value that can be redeemed on your next purchase.

Seven Seas will replace products only in case of the below scenarios after the same has been verified by our internal teams.

• Wrong product received.
• Damaged/tampered/leaked product received.
• Items missing from the order.

If the defect or damage or incorrect product received has not been communicated to us within 48 hours of receipt of the product(s), We shall not be held responsible for failure to provide a refund or replacement of the product.

In case of incorrect items delivered, email the images of the products delivered to you along with your order details at care@sevenseascosmetics.com within 48 hours of the delivery. We will check if the complaint is legitimate and then send you a replacement for the same.
