Had placed an order including the eyeshadow palette but did not receive any in the parcel.had mailed and even contacted customer care through watsapp including the Unboxing video.no response yet.this was the first order from my end on this platform.sorry to say but very disappointed with the first purchase only.

The pigmentation of the palette is very poor

The eyeshadows are not pigmented at all. Even though the colours are beautiful they do not transfer on the eyes even after 2-3 applications.
