HOW TO APPLY

1 Twist the crayon to extend a small amount of product. Be careful not to extend too much to avoid breakage.

2 Use the tip of the crayon to outline your lips.  

3 Use the crayon to fill in your lips with color. Apply in smooth, even strokes. Apply with gentle pressure to avoid breaking the crayon.

4 Gently blot your lips with a tissue to remove any excess product and set the color.

Order Dispatch will be done on the very next day after acceptance of an order. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of customers, customers shipping destination and the courier partner’s time-to-deliver in customer’s location.

In genuine cases, we would be happy to provide you with a coupon code worth the product value that can be redeemed on your next purchase.

Seven Seas will replace products only in case of the below scenarios after the same has been verified by our internal teams.

• Wrong product received.
• Damaged/tampered/leaked product received.
• Items missing from the order.

Please note that we would require a proper unboxing video with clear focus on the unbroken seal with your complaint as a proof, also please inform us at care@sevenseascosmetics.com within 48 hours of delivery of the product. If the defect or damage or incorrect product received has not been communicated to us within 48 hours of receipt of the product(s), We shall not be held responsible for failure to provide a refund or replacement of the product.

In case of incorrect items delivered, email the images of the products delivered to you along with your order details at care@sevenseascosmetics.com within 48 hours of the delivery. We will check if the complaint is legitimate and then send you a replacement for the same.
